Editorial Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains the standards we try to follow at ValleyTime.
Accuracy and sourcing
- We aim to verify facts against reliable sources before publishing.
- We name our sources where we can and say when information is unconfirmed.
- We keep news reporting separate from opinion, and label opinion clearly.
Independent contributors
Articles are written by independent contributors. Each article shows its author and publication date. Contributors are expected to submit original work and respect copyright.
Corrections
When we find a mistake, we correct it promptly and note the correction on the article. To report an error, see our Contact page.
Use of AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with tasks such as summaries and tagging. AI is not a substitute for editorial judgment: AI-assisted output is reviewed by a person, and we do not publish unverified AI-generated claims as fact.
Advertising
Advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, does not influence what we report. Ads are kept visually separate from editorial content.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been used without permission, contact us and we will review it promptly.
